Undergraduate ISDI Challenge (Entrance Exam) details
The Selection to ISDI is through ISDI Challenge – a unique assessment tool that helps the admission committee to select a prospective student.
ISDI Challenge is conducted Online.
The ISDI Challenge has 3 sections namely,
1. Portfolio Evaluation – Weightage 40%
2. Design Aptitude Test (DAT) – Weightage 30%
3. Personal Interview – Weightage 30%
It will take you approximately 75 minutes to complete the ISDI Challenge
1.The first step of the ISDI Challenge is portfolio evaluation.
It can include a range of media such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, performances, graphic designs, animations, photographs or sketchbook pages. You are advised to upload 8 – 10 pieces of your best works. Upload your work in the form of either a PDF file, multiple JPEG/JPG or a consolidated zip file, not exceeding 100 mb.
If you don’t have a portfolio, you are required to complete a specially curated Design Project.
2. The second step of the ISDI Challenge is the Design Aptitude Test (DAT).
(DAT once started cannot be interrupted, so please ensure good internet connection)
Design Aptitude Test will be divided into 4 Parts –
Section A – General Awareness – 15 questions (Total 30 Marks)
Section B – Logical Reasoning – 15 questions (Total 30 Marks)
Section C – Analytical Thinking – 10 questions (Total 20 Marks)
Section D – Storytelling – 1 question (Total 20 Marks)
3. Finally, the last step of the ISDI Challenge is the Online Interview.
After you submit Section 1 and 2, our Admissions team will get in touch with you to schedule and facilitate the interview over a phone call or video call with one of our instructor

Internships & Placements
At ISDI, we ensure a consistent student – industry interface after each year of the undergraduate program through the phased programs of – Observership (at the end of 1st year), Apprenticeship (at the end of 2nd year) and finally, an Internship (at the end of 3rd year).
